Hand it off.
Never think
about it again.
Fully managed WordPress hosting built on WPMU Dev's enterprise infrastructure — with proactive security, automatic updates, daily backups, and performance tuning included as standard. Not as add-ons.
What's running in the background
What's included
Everything, in every
plan. No exceptions.
Most hosting providers charge extra for the things that actually matter — backups, security, performance tuning. Every plan I offer includes all of it from day one. No bolt-ons, no tiered features, no surprises on the invoice.
Security & firewall
Enterprise-grade firewall monitoring, malware scanning, brute force protection, and two-factor authentication. Threats are blocked before they reach your site — not after.
Automated backups
Daily off-site backups with one-click restore. Your data lives independently of the hosting server — so if anything happens to the environment, recovery is measured in minutes, not days.
Performance & caching
CDN, server-level caching, image compression, and optimisation tooling — all configured for your specific site, not applied as a generic preset and forgotten.
Uptime monitoring
Your site is checked around the clock. If anything goes offline or behaves unexpectedly, I'm alerted immediately — and I investigate before you or your client even notices. No waiting for a support ticket to be picked up by someone who doesn't know the site.
Plugin & core updates
Every WordPress core, theme, and plugin update is researched for compatibility before being applied. Updates are tested on staging first, then deployed — and the site is visually checked by a human after each one. Not just pushed and forgotten.

White-Label Hosting
Resell managed WordPress hosting under your agency's brand. I handle everything behind the scenes — your client never needs to know I exist.
Quiet, predictable,
and taken care of
Most WordPress problems don't happen suddenly — they build up through missed updates, ignored warnings, and small issues that compound over time. Maintenance is included in every hosting plan because reliability comes from consistency, not just infrastructure.
What I take responsibility for
- Controlled WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
- Monitoring for errors, breakage, or instability
- Addressing small issues before they escalate
- Responding calmly when something does go wrong
- Maintaining continuity and predictability over time
The benefit to you
- Fewer unexpected issues or urgent client messages
- Reduced risk of updates breaking the site
- Clear ownership post-launch — no ambiguity about who's responsible
- Less reactive support work eating into your team's time
- Long-term stability without ongoing involvement from you
"Warren is always on hand, nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he puts his own creative touch to it all."
Common maintenance questions
What does "hands-off" maintenance actually mean?
You're not expected to monitor updates, review logs, or respond to small issues. I handle routine maintenance and oversight quietly in the background — you only hear from me if something genuinely needs your attention.
Do you update everything automatically?
No — updates are handled manually and tested before being applied. Blindly auto-pushing updates is one of the most common causes of site breakage. Every update is researched for compatibility first.
How is maintenance different from hosting?
Hosting focuses on infrastructure — the server, CDN, and uptime. Maintenance focuses on the application layer — keeping WordPress itself healthy and stable as the platform and its plugins evolve over time.
Can this be white-label for agencies?
Absolutely. I operate fully behind the scenes under your agency's brand. Your client receives your invoices, sees your logo, and has no idea I exist — unless you want them to.
Emergency support
Site down? Hacked?
Call it in.
Emergencies don't follow business hours. If your client's site goes down, gets hacked, or has a critical failure — I offer fast-turnaround emergency support with clear communication throughout. No upselling, no drama, just a fix.
For agency partners
Add managed hosting
to your agency's offer
Hosting is a recurring revenue line that most agencies are leaving on the table — handing clients off to GoDaddy or SiteGround and hoping for the best. I give you a managed hosting product you can resell under your own brand, at your own margin, with me handling everything behind the scenes.
Your client gets enterprise-quality hosting. You get a recurring revenue stream and one less thing to worry about. I stay invisible — or I can be the person they call if something goes wrong, introduced however you need me to be.
Common questions
What people usually
ask about hosting
Can you migrate my client's site from their current host?
Yes — migration is included in the All-Inclusive package and available as a standalone service. I handle the full move: files, database, DNS coordination, and a final check that everything is working before I touch the old environment.
What happens if something goes wrong with an update?
A pre-update backup is always taken first, so rollback is fast and clean. I also test updates on staging where possible before applying to live. If something does break — which is rare — I'm on it immediately, not waiting for a support ticket queue.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Month-to-month is the default. If you want to commit to a longer term for a better rate, that's an option — but I don't lock anyone in. Good service should be reason enough to stay.
Can my client access their own WordPress dashboard?
Yes — they get full admin access to their WordPress instance. The hosting infrastructure sits behind the scenes. They can edit content, install plugins, and manage their site exactly as they would on any WordPress host.
How is this different from just using Kinsta or WP Engine directly?
You can get great infrastructure from both — but you're still managing it yourself. What I provide isn't just hosting, it's active care. Updates are researched and tested. Performance is tuned specifically for your site. Security is monitored with eyes-on review, not just automated alerts.
Do you support WooCommerce or membership sites?
Yes. WooCommerce, LMS platforms, membership plugins — I've managed them all. High-transaction or dynamic sites get specific caching and performance configurations that static sites don't need.
Ready to hand off
the hosting headache?
Whether it's one site or ten — a quick conversation is all it takes to figure out the right package and get everything moved over cleanly.
