Taking a Mental Health Day away from the Screen

Today I am mostly not working. I definitely need a break after an intense 6 months. I’ve been full time parenting since the initial lockdown in March with my work schedule being Mon-Fri 6:30-8am & 7:30-10pm plus all day Saturday and Sunday. The non-stop juggling of parenting and work is taking its toll and productivity is suffering, so I’m going to force and day or evening off here and there to help balance my brain and probably produce more in the long run.
